There will always be someone to call you selfish, as if self-care is not primary to

your life’s contribution.

There will forever exist, those enthusiastic to initiate doubt

and imply you are doing it wrong.

Guilt will ever-wait for you -

if you decide to engage it.

-Shame can hang around, and corner you at any moment you let your guard down.

-People, will allow toads to slip out of their mouths in strange attempts

to stone you, little by little; peck you to death with tiny disapprovals’-

- less than mindfully, mimicking from rote, the many micro-conformities

that chisel away your strongest, truest soul –

by creating doubt, confusion, and congestion

on the spiritual roadway.

You will have to know the way – feel the navigation and find your

plan through engagement of your deepest, most personal spaces -

the portion of your core that provides guidance, when you are willing to do the work -

the place from where all your passion derives

- and then be able to accept no tranquilizer, no substitute, for the world you really need -

the world of your own making.

If you are strong in your soul, and true in your heart –

it sounds trite - but in fact - being pure of heart and soul - will guide you

to let go, allow space – for freedom, into thinking for yourself -

and then offer methods and ways to create a landscape in which you can thrive

- in spite of the dauntingly vast, uncharted nuance,

unceasing upset, and adversities, large and small

You can dwell in an enchanted atmosphere

that sustains, affirms, and fortifies you.

There, you may find your innocence -

identify your birthright as a singular soul

on a solitary journey

and stay firmly, desirably

a part of the solution

an active contributor - to the creative coil

and remain on your individual journey –

divinely inside

- the beautiful pursuit.
